**Training Officer**
**The Company**
We are a national Transport and Logistics company located in the Northern Sydney area with a strong focus on providing top tier training for our staff to ensure we maintain our high standards of workplace health and safety, customer service and product quality.
**The Role**
In this role you will develop and implement new training for our employees in both a virtual and face-to-face setting. This will see you occasionally travelling to our other branches locally and nationally to deliver training and associated packages.
**Responsibilities**
- Comply with all workplace health and safety policies
- Assist with site inductions
- Facilitate workplace health and safety training
- Design and deliver training modules for our CRM and ERP
- Delivery of systems end-user training
**Requirements**:
- Certificate IV Assessment and Workplace Training or equivalent experience.
- Expert knowledge in ERP/CRM training
- Working knowledge of Microsoft CRM or Salesforce, and an ERP system.
- Experience delivering face-to-face, remote, and virtual training and support.
- Strong coordination and planning skills.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills including high level presentation.
- Highly developed training and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage learners with diverse backgrounds and skillsets effectively.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
