This is an unparalleled opportunity for a self-motivated result focused Motorcycle Sales professional to positively contributing to the continued growth, profitability & success of our New, Demo and Pre-owned Harley Davidson Motorcycles operations.
Naturally we want to speak to people who love, live & breath all things Motorcycles who is a keen rider with a warm personality and a natural Sales ability to build rapport & trust with customers.
You'll be a self-starter, ideally with prior Motorcycle or Automotive retail sales experience, you'll be financially driven, with the hunger and determination to warmly welcome every customer, close every sales deal & earn a lucrative high earning salary for your sales prowess,
Annual Salary OTE $80-$100K pls, per year and great benefits.
To excel at Fraser Motorcycles, we are looking for a Sales Professional who:
* Has a verifiable background/experience in face-to-face Sales, ideally within Motorcycle or Automotive Sales.
* Understands & follows the "Road to a Sale" process like a true sales professional.
* Is passionate & loves talking about all things related to Harley-Davidson Motorcycles, the bikes, parts, accessories & apparel.
* Promptly answering & nurturing all types of sales opportunities including promptly following up all Internet, Phone, Walk-ins & Referrals enquiries.
* Maintaining prompt up to date records of all customer conversation & interactions on our database (DMS).
* Hold a motorcycle riders' licence & is a keen rider.
* Able to close sales deals & exceed sales KPI's and targets.
* Strong administration skills with attention to detail.
* Self-motivated with a dynamic driven attitude and strong customer relationship building & follow up skills.
* Customer focused, financially hungry with a desire and passion to succeed.
* A proven deal closer with a never say die positive proactive attitude.
* Enjoy speaking about & selling all thing's motorcycles, from bikes to parts & accessories.
* Highly personable with the ability to establish immediate rapport & trust, Customers like you, want to and will buy from you.
* Focused on continuously delivering results and exceeding customer expectations.
* A team player – supportive, flexible and adaptable.
* Willing to work on Saturdays', as we are a retail Motorcycle business.
