As an Asset Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring best practices for safety quality and environmental performance of our solar plants in Australia.
* You will manage a portfolio of up to five sites with a capacity of approximately one thousand megawatts located in Australia.
* Maximise total return for each asset through analysis of system efficiencies and identifying opportunities for improved performance.
* Establish collaborative relationships with EPC & O&M contractors to maximise safe asset performance and operation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Contribute to developing policies processes and procedures to ensure all relevant procedural legislative and contract requirements are fulfilled.
2. Manage daily operations of the Asset Management organisation providing guidance encouraging teamwork and facilitating related professional work processes.
3. Review and manage all Special Purpose Vehicle contracts for obligations and other contractual parties including insurance.
4. Monitor and control all financial budgets regularly reviewing site performance on monitoring platforms.
5. Prepare stakeholder reports and assist Financial Manager with analysis of profit and loss variance and cash flow forecasts.
Requirements
* At least five years experience in a similar role preferably in the solar market.
* Experience with financial investors IPPs or vertically integrated developers in renewables.
* Proven track record in delivering Facilities Acceptance Commissioning processes and Operations and Maintenance handovers.
