The Assistant Property Manager is an exciting role to support the establishment and ongoing management of a property lease management system. It is diverse in function with a broad range of accountability with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
To be successful in the position you will have previous experience in project coordination or administrative focussed role including experience working project or time critical work. You will also need to be able to comfortably swap in and out of roles to support a dynamic working rhythm and have a fantastic eye for detail and data accuracy.
**Your Impact**:
Be responsible for lease administration; maintaining the property management database and ensure all critical dates are monitored and met.
Respond to landlord queries or concerns on lease compliance issues.
Draft and facilitate the exchange of bank guarantees and assisting in issuing and amending certificate of currency.
Be responsible for financial administration; maintain and update all property and motor vehicle lease documentation. This includes both legal and financial considerations.
Maintain and produce accurate tenancy schedules - track and explain monthly variances.
Attend to rent reviews to market, fixed and CPI where they become due under the Lease and action.
Review monthly tax invoices and prepare monthly rent and outgoings payment file.
Responsible for mid-term market rent accruals in line with budget and reforecast.
Carry out ad-hoc tasks as required by the National Property Manager.

**You'll bring to the table**:
Have a previous experience (ideally 2 years plus ), within the property industry to include practical understanding of lease documentation and retail/property legislation
Possess strong analytical reasoning and financial acumen
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be confident using MS Office products including Excel. Plus experience using property management software and SAP
