**Job Title:** Conveyancing Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Conveyancing Expert to join our Property team. Based in Raymond Terrace, this full-time role involves managing residential and commercial property transactions from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage residential and commercial property transactions end-to-end.
* Prepare and review contracts, transfer documents, and settlement statements.
* Liaise with clients, agents, banks, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth settlements.
* Conduct property searches and due diligence checks.
* Advise clients on legal obligations and rights related to property transfers.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and professional standards.
* Use conveyancing software and maintain accurate records.
* Resolve issues or delays proactively and professionally.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in property transactions (residential and/or commercial).
* Strong understanding of conveyancing legislation and procedures.
* Excellent communication and client service skills.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Proficiency in conveyancing software and Microsoft Office suite.
