We are looking for a part-time caretaker/cleaner to complete common area cleaning within high end luxury apartment block in Applecross and Karrinyup. This is a roster with cleaning hours Monday to Friday between 8am - 6pm, minimum shift time is 4hrs. Experience in cleaning is essential.
Duties include cleaning of common areas only, such as glass cleaning, mopping, vacuuming, dusting etc. As the Caretaker/cleaner, you will also be monitoring minor repairs and maintenance requirements to our friendly helpdesk and maintenance team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team, who is passionate and has great attention to detail. All cleaning equipment, chemicals and uniform are all provided. Would be great to have your own means of transport and minimum Level 1 cleaning experience but happy to work around this for the right candidate.
The properties that we look after are all newly developed apartment complexes with friendly residents.
