Every project we complete is backed by a workmanship guarantee, and all products come with a manufacturer's warranty, ensuring our customers can buy with complete confidence and enjoy lasting results.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare site plans and select appropriate plants and materials for client design requirements.Schedule and coordinate landscape construction tasks from soft planting to hardscape build-works.Install hardscape and softscape elements including decking, paving, gravel zones, retaining walls, fences, pergolas, trellises, ponds.Prepare seedbeds and growing sites; plant trees, shrubs, hedges, ground covers, flowers, bulbs; prepare lawn areas with topsoil and lay instant turf or artificial grass.Determine hydraulic parameters for irrigation systems; install, test and maintain irrigation pumps, meters and piping (if applicable).
Ensure all installations meet quality, safety and aesthetic standards.Operate landscaping tools, machinery and equipment; maintain a clean, safe and organized worksite in line with company standards.Collaborate with the team, follow site supervisor instructions, and maintain communication with clients and stakeholders.Skills & QualificationsCertificates in landscape preferred but not mandatory.Previous 1 year experience in landscape construction or gardening preferred.Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and specifications.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.Operation of landscaping machinery.Planting.Reading landscape plans.Site planning.Team collaboration.Worksite safety and organization.Landscaping certification (preferred).
