Senior Sales Consultant – Residential Communities & Home Building

We are currently seeking a driven, experienced Senior Sales Consultant to support our Sales Manager and help our Residential Communities and Home Building Business Unit achieve and exceed its growth targets.
The Role
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract close. You will be responsible for representing our premium product offering while delivering an optimal level of service.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Drive New Business: Execute sustained lead‐generation programs including cold calling, following up on referrals, and attending industry events.
* Client Consultation: Work closely with clients to understand their objectives, determine their needs, and propose suitable upgrades for House and Land split contracts.
* Leadership: Provide mentorship to Sales Associates, ensuring cohesion and strict adherence to the company's structured sales process for vacant land and SHAWOOD homes.
* Market Intelligence: Conduct market research, stay updated on competitor strategies, and identify emerging sales opportunities.
* Project Management: Coordinate sales displays/events, monitor stock levels, and liaise with administration and legal representatives to facilitate agreements.
* Developer Relations: Build strategic relationships with developers for land acquisition and assist in developing suitable property packages.
About You
To be successful in this role, you possess strong influencing and presentation skills, coupled with adaptability and a genuine customer‐first mindset.
Essential Criteria
* Current and valid NSW Assistant Agent Licence or NSW Real Estate Licence.
* Demonstrated competence in sales principles and the full sales lifecycle.
* Proven ability to work autonomously and as a collaborative team member.
* Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Well‐developed analytical and reporting skills.
* High proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
* Current and valid Driver's Licence.
