**Your new role**
You will be the face of the organisation, the first point of contact for visitors duties will include providing a warm, welcoming, and professional image of the company they work for. The client is looking for a strong professional that has experience in a receptionist role.
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Managing busy reception
- Supporting Senior Management
- Managing appointments
- Inbound/outbound calls
- Liaison with customers and clients
- Finance and billing
- Time and cost breakdowns
- Basic word and excel skills
- Professional presentation and phone manner
**What you'll need to succeed**
Previous experience as a receptionist (minimum 12 months) to be considered for this role. Higher level of attention to detail, able to work autonomously or in a team, able to take initiative while maintaining the office is operating smoothly.
