Program Strategy and Engagement Leader
As the Program Strategy and Engagement Leader, you will play a pivotal role in designing, reviewing, and continuously improving community recovery programs. This position is critical in ensuring that programs are responsive to the evolving needs of disaster-impacted communities.
About the Role
* You will drive collaboration across government and external stakeholders, overseeing program governance and leading strategic engagement to ensure communities are equipped to prepare for, adapt to, and recover from disasters.
* Your leadership will influence the development of business cases, program reforms, and evaluation strategies that deliver measurable outcomes and support long-term resilience.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver funding programs that meet the evolving needs of disaster-impacted communities.
* Lead cross-agency project teams to develop and implement monitoring and evaluation strategies for funding programs.
* Develop and maintain productive relationships with government and external partners to drive collaborative efforts.
* Prepare high-level reports, briefs, and correspondence for senior audiences.
Essential Requirements
* Proven experience in designing, delivering, and coordinating funding programs.
* Ability to synthesise complex material from multiple sources and provide analysis and advice.
* Ability to work and manage a multi-disciplinary team and contractors.
