The Eastern Golf Club is a private members Club set in the stunning Yarra Valley offering members and guests a top tier dining experience. Similarly, the Club boasts a function room catering small conferences to corporate events and weddings. We're seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. With a newly rebuilt clubhouse and state-of-the-art kitchen facilities, this is an exciting time to come on board.
As Chef de Partie, you'll play a key role in preparing high-quality food for our members, guests, events, and functions — all while working alongside a supportive and passionate team.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Prepare and present dishes to a high standard in your section
* Assist in developing new menu items and daily specials
* Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards
* Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations
* Help train and guide junior staff
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a Chef de Partie or similar role
* A passion for delivering high-quality food and consistency
* Strong teamwork skills and a positive, professional attitude
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (Certifications a plus)
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
