Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a results-driven Territory Growth Manager to lead our NSW and ACT operations. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and growing existing client accounts
* Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the territory
* Building strong relationships with key decision-makers
* Collaborating with distribution partners to support customer needs
* Planning and attending industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities
* Distributing educational product training to end-users
* Maintaining detailed records and managing pipeline activity through CRM
* Promoting the brand and product portfolio as a trusted market leader
About You
We are looking for a highly organised and self-motivated individual with:
* B2B sales experience, ideally in medical consumables or healthcare-related industries
* Comfortable working with hospital procurement teams, aged care, and dental clients
* Experience with distributor and channel partner management
* Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
* Able to manage a dual-state territory
* Proactive and results-driven
