Your new role
As the Technical Writer, you'll be the architect behind the documentation that keeps a cutting-edge air traffic control system running smoothly. You'll lead the creation of support design documents that bring together people, processes, tools, and tech into a seamless support ecosystem. From facilitating workshops to authoring technical content, you'll be the go-to expert for translating complex systems into clear, actionable documentation. This is a role where your words will literally keep the system flying.
What you'll need to succeed
You're a technical writer with a systems mindset and a knack for making the complex simple. You bring:
* Experience in tech or systems programs, with qualifications in project management, engineering, product support or similar preferred.
* Proven experience in authoring and publishing technical documentation using standard writing methods.
* A working knowledge of Integrated Logistics Support, Asset Management, or Systems Engineering.
* The ability to research, workshop, and collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
* A passion for plain English and a sharp eye for technical accuracy.
