**Your Role**:
You will oversee the tracking, implementation, integration, and evaluation of a portfolio of strategic projects, initiatives, and internal briefs across the business.
Your role will ensure that appropriate governance and project management arrangements are established to achieve outcomes and objectives.

**Your duties and background**:
- You are able to extract 'the story' within data, report writing
- You can support the delivery of a portfolio of strategic priorities and building those priorities into the Performance Framework
- You will support preparation, management and review of communications and correspondence
- You can enable effective implementation of strategic priorities and Performance Framework outcomes
- You can draft advice, insight, and dashboards to better manage and minimise risks to the implementation of strategic objectives
- You can conduct research and analysis of future strategic priorities and initiatives
- You can draft implementation of strategies and performance expectations to deliver high quality outcomes and meet agreed performance targets
- You can monitor organisational strategic and corporate planning activities to ensure planning milestones and reporting requirements are satisfied
**Desirable Criteria**:
Experience and qualities within
- Excellent written communication, analytical and business writing skills with a strong attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to quality review a range of material to inform recommendations
- Highly developed verbal communication and consulting skills, including negotiation, influencing and motivational skills
- Conceptual and innovative problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Excellent organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience
