About you
You are a Passionate and Inspiring people person, ready to assist our customers with Integrity and Care. Our customer is our focus; you will provide extraordinary customer service and be part of a friendly team with Disciplined retail processes and Entrepreneurial sales skills. Having a spark for electronics will enhance the customer experience based on our products.
Your responsibilities include:
* Providing exceptional customer service and product solutions to customers
* Ongoing merchandising of the store to ensure product availability for customers
* Ensure stock is unpacked and maintaining stock reserve standards
* General housekeeping duties to offer customers a positive store experience
* Working cooperatively with other team members to enhance the customer experience
* In conjunction with the Store Manager provide a safe working environment for the team and customers
Experience required:
* High standards of customer service delivery
* Strong communication skills
* Previous retail experience favourable, we do provide on the job training
* An electronics enthusiast - from tinkerer to hobbyist or just tech savvy
