**About the Role**:
Olivine is a wine bar like no other, set in the original cells we are currently seeking a dynamic Junior Sommelier to support the Bar Manager and team in the this venue.
- At least 2 years' experience working in the hospitality industry
- Passion for the wine industry
- Basic knowledge of wine and spirits
- Basic skills in supplying, dispensing, and mixing liquor
- Exceptional service skills and guest focused
- Adaptable and able to perform in high-pressured service periods
- Proven ability in building effective relationships and being a part of a high-performing team
- Organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation
- Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
- WSET qualifications are advantageous
- Must possess a valid Victorian RSA certificate
