Service Desk Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 12-18 months of Level-2 troubleshooting experience and strong knowledge of the ITIL framework.
* The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting in the Windows 11 upgrade for over 10,000 devices, providing Level-2 support during the upgrade process, and collaborating with internal teams to manage and execute the upgrade strategy.
* Additionally, they will ensure all devices meet compatibility and security requirements, maintain clear documentation of the upgrade process, and identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The following skills and qualifications are required:
* 12-18 months of Level-2 troubleshooting experience
* Strong knowledge of the ITIL framework

* Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
