As Brand Manager – International, you’ll help bring our brands to life across multiple countries, cultures, and customer groups.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager – International, you’ll partner with our Master Franchisees to deliver brand strategy, adapt global campaigns for local markets, support product launches, and ensure customers everywhere have a consistent, engaging brand experience.
This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution – perfect for someone who thrives in fast-moving, cross-cultural environments and enjoys collaborating with diverse teams across time zones.

What you’ll be doing:
•Campaign & Brand Execution – Translate brand strategies into local market action plans, ensuring relevance and consistency.
•Launch Support – Develop go-to-market toolkits and launch playbooks for new territories and stores.
•Franchise Partner Enablement – Provide marketing support, training, and guidance to Master Franchise Partners.
•Brand Compliance & Localisation – Review and approve marketing assets, ensuring brand integrity while allowing cultural adaptation.
•Performance & Insights – Monitor campaign and brand performance across regions, sharing insights to improve results.
What we’re looking for:
You’re a strategic and collaborative brand marketer with experience working across international markets. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are confident managing multiple stakeholders. You have a strong understanding of how to adapt global campaigns to local needs without compromising brand integrity.
You’ll also bring:
•5+ years’ marketing experience, ideally with international, QSR, FMCG, or franchising exposure
•Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills
•Experience in campaign development, content adaptation, and media planning
•Cultural awareness and the ability to work with partners across multiple regions
•Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting to diverse audiences
•Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, International Business, or similar
