We have a Part-Time role in our Home and Community support team, providing personal support for our clients from Toowoomba to Gatton and surroundings.
As a valued member of our community aged care team, you'll provide personal care and support that helps older Australians live independently in their own homes. You'll be backed by a passionate, experienced team who are dedicated to delivering high-quality, person‐centred care – and who will support you every step of the way.
About The Role
Our Personal Care Workers provide assistance to our Home Care clients, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their health, happiness, independence, interests and choices. These include:
* Personal care including personal hygiene, grooming and showering
* Assistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g. transport to appointments, help at home)
* Engaging in social activities as required

To be successful, you will have
* Cert III Individual Support or equivalent qualifications
* Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
* Police Check (valid within the last 3 years or willing to obtain)
* Own vehicle and Australian Driver licence
* Current First Aid & CPR
