Our client is a leader in assisting older homeowners to have a dignified, comfortable, and financially independent retirement.
They are seeking
**2 Consultants - one in the North East and one in the Mornington Peninsula** to assist their clients. Leads are called into their business and you are passed them to manage, so you wont need to do any business development at all.
The Consultant role is primarily responsible for assisting senior homeowners with their retirement goals and aspirations through the provision of their product. The Consultant will manage the customer relationship from new enquiry through to exchange and work pro-actively with the team in head office to ensure superior customer satisfaction and business advocacy.
As the 'face' of this company, the Consultant will be required to build appropriate relationships with its customers to facilitate the growth of the business, providing a high-quality level of service in addition to ensuring adherence to internal legal and compliance policy and procedures.
This is an autonomous role (with flexibility associated with working from home) which requires extensive vehicle travel to each customer homes. From time-to-time Consultants will be asked to come into the office as appropriate (i.e. for meetings, training etc.).
**To be considered for this opportunity - you will have a strong background in a Sales or Customer Service type role, ideally in Real Estate or Property.**
