POSITION SUMMARY
Agsafe is seeking a dynamic, creative, and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing and Communications team. This full-time role is ideal for a motivated and outgoing individual who is eager to learn, asks the right questions, and thrives in a collaborative environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in website management, email marketing, social media, and video editing, and will play a key role in executing campaigns and initiatives that build Agsafe's brand, engage stakeholders, and support our program goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
WEBSITE MANAGEMENT
* Assist in maintaining and updating the Agsafe website.
* Ensure content is current, accurate, and optimised for search engines (SEO).
* Monitor website performance and suggest improvements to increase traffic.
EMAIL MARKETING
* Develop and execute email campaigns to promote Agsafe's programs and services.
* Maintain and segment email databases for targeted communication.
* Analyse and report on campaign performance to inform improvements.
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
* Create, schedule, and publish content across Agsafe's social media platforms.
* Monitor platforms for trends, community feedback, and engagement opportunities.
* Track key metrics to measure the success of campaigns.
VIDEO EDITING
* Support the production and editing of video content for marketing and training.
* Collaborate with the team on developing educational video materials.
* Ensure video outputs meet brand and quality standards.
CONTENT CREATION
* Draft and edit engaging content for newsletters, blogs, flyers, posters, and digital assets.
* Maintain consistent messaging, voice, and visual style across all materials.
CAMPAIGN AND EVENT SUPPORT
* Assist in planning and delivering marketing campaigns and promotional events.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Minimum of two years' experience in a marketing role.
* Proficient in email marketing platforms (e.g. ActiveCampaign).
* Strong understanding of social media strategy and platform tools.
* Basic video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro or similar preferred).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Highly organised with strong project management ability.
* Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Creative thinker with attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
* Proactive communicator with a willingness to ask questions and seek clarification
* Keen to learn new tools, systems, and industry knowledge
QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
* Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is required.
