Acco Freightlines, a locally owned and run transport company, is looking for drivers to perform deliveries within and around Canberra 5 days a week.
Applicants must be fit and healthy as the job is physical. You will spend your days performing deliveries of various contracts. Shift times will range but you can expect 20-30 Hours/week. Staff must also be prepared to work long days where required.
Delivery POD software is to be used (POD supplied), and proficiency in phone-based applications is a necessity. Must hold an LR Truck license and have unrestricted working rights in Australia.
Start times are 6:30am in Queanbeyan West, but may vary based on operational requirements. Applicants must submit criminal history and driving history checks, and be confident in completing online training courses for our various contract providers.
Employment is on a part-time basis, pay is $26.57/Hour with 12% super, with potential overtime. Applicants will begin working after they have passed an initial interview period.
