Depot Manager Position Available
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Depot Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Reporting under Regional Sales Manager, you will demonstrate outstanding customer service, organisational and leadership skills.
* Ensure the availability of products and services while monitoring expenditures and analysing variances.
* Coordinate all daily activities including receiving, storing, picking and packing of items for delivery in a timely and effective manner (heavy lifting required).
* Maintain accurate inventory records, including counting, labeling, and reporting damaged or defective items.
* Provide support and assistance to warehouse and sales reps.
* Uphold the company's standards and values.
* Compile, review, and maintain data from purchase orders, requisitions, and other documents to assess supply needs.

* You must have customer focus, market knowledge, and be result driven.
* You should have excellent inventory skills.
* Exceptional communication and customer service skills are essential.
* A strong leadership and organisational ability is necessary.
* Ability to resolve problems effectively is a requirement.
* Sound knowledge of warehousing procedures and OHS&E policies is a must.
* Experience working within the battery industry is an advantage.
* Computer literacy including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required.
