Northside Rentals / NSR Hire is a vehicle, plant and equipment hire company. Our offices are based in Perth, WA, however our fleet extends Australia wide.
NSR Hire is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in Perth.
Customer Service Manager is responsible for organising and making sure the vehicle hires run smoothly and all customers are happy with the service given by the Rental Agents.
They are to make sure all Rental Agents are performing vehicle rental tasks correctly and make sure their customer service is up to standard.
The Customer Service Manager will review any customer complaints and respond to the customer, accordingly, making sure the customer is happy with the outcome. Once the customer service manager has responded the customers complaint, they will go through the issue advising and guiding the Rental Agent what they did wrong and how to approach that situation if it arises again.
Main duties
Developing and reviewing rental agreements, Rental Car Manager system and procedures. Ensuring they are up to date and work the most efficiently with the Rental Agents and customers.
Providing direction and feedback to Rental Agents and assisting them where needed.
Managing, motivating, and developing the Rental Agents customer service skills. (How they should respond to customers in certain situations, how to answer phone calls (sounding inviting and welcoming to the customers).
Planning and implementing customer feedback, making sure there is a high customer satisfaction. (Reviewing the customer reviews and surveys).
Ensuring all vehicles are up to standard for the customers (cleaned, smelling nice, in good condition).
Reviewing then modifying/improving the services provided by the Rental Agents.
Liaising with the Rental Agents to identify and respond to customer expectations.
Monitoring Emails, tax invoices - (making sure the Rental Agents are responding to customers in emails correctly, reviewing tax invoices are processed correctly and sent to customers by the Rental Agents).
Reviewing stocktakes to ensure Rental Agents are completing properly to enable correct vehicles to be available to the customers.
Reviewing infringement are processed correctly and sent off to the correct customer by the Rental agents.
Correlation of customer reservations.
All other duties assigned to you from time to time by the Employer and/or the General Manager.
Applicants must have at least 2 years' experience as a Customer Service Manager.
