What you'll be doing
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide compassionate, safe, and effective nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You'll play a vital role in supporting patients through their treatment journey, ensuring clinical excellence, accurate documentation, and responsive communication.
* In this role you will:
* Recognise and report normal and abnormal patient observations
* Undertake assessments, interventions and evaluate health outcomes within your scope
* Support patients with daily living activities to maximise independence
* Document clinical care accurately and in accordance with NSW Health standards
* Escalate concerns, variations and adverse events to the Registered Nurse

Registration: Current Enrolled Nurse Division 2 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

* Relevant and recent clinical experience deemed appropriate by WSLHD
* Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.
* Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal
* Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership.
* Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team
* Commitment to continuing professional development and demonstrated ability to utilise information technology within a variety of applications and willingness to undertake training
