About the Role
As a Service Coordinator, you'll support national service operations across Australia and New Zealand. You'll coordinate technicians, manage service orders, and ensure smooth delivery of onsite and remote services. Key Responsibilities
* Schedule and dispatch technicians for service jobs
* Manage service orders and follow through to completion
* Handle customer enquiries and prepare quotes
* Order and track spare parts
* Review and issue service reports
* Organise internal meetings, training, and toolbox talks
* Process credit requests and maintain service documentation
What You'll Bring
* 2+ years' experience in service coordination, admin, or ops support
* Strong communication and time management skills
* Confident working independently and with a team
* Experience with SAP, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
* Background in technical services or working with field technicians (preferred)
