About the role
The Northern Child and Family Services Hub Manager plays a pivotal leadership role, guiding multidisciplinary paediatric, maternity, and child and family health teams while fostering a collaborative and compassionate environment that truly supports children, women, and families.
This position sits within a progressive service committed to person centred, culturally responsive, and trauma informed care, offering the opportunity to shape innovative integrated models of practice that improve outcomes across the Northern sector.

Beyond overseeing the planning, development, and implementation of the integrated Model of Care, the role drives strong governance, builds a capable and confident workforce, and ensures data informed, high quality service delivery.
It is a chance to influence meaningful system improvement and lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional, holistic care.
