Marketing Coordinator Role
This role involves supporting the execution of marketing activities across various regions. The Marketing Coordinator will assist in setting up webinars, uploading leads, coordinating logistics for events, and supporting campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinating and executing webinars and virtual events using digital platforms.
* Supporting logistics for in-person events, including venue booking, catering, AV coordination, and merchandise.
* Managing event registration lists and attendee communications.
* Preparing event materials such as name tags, signage, and presentation decks.
* Collaborating with team members to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
* Maintaining the marketing calendar and schedules.
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be involved in marketing execution tasks, such as managing leads into CRM systems, supporting email marketing campaigns, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They should have a solid understanding of marketing principles and practices, as well as experience in event planning and coordination.
