This is a standalone position, ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, making decisions, and building strong people practices from the ground up.

About the Role
As our HR Manager, you will be the go-to person for all HR-related matters. From recruitment and onboarding to performance management and compliance, you'll play a key role in shaping our workplace culture and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
* Provide guidance on employee relations, performance, and development
* Maintain and update HR policies and procedures
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
* Support leadership with strategic HR initiatives
* Foster a positive and productive workplace culture
About You
* Proven experience in an HR generalist or HR manager role
* Comfortable working independently and managing competing priorities
* Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* High level of discretion and professionalism
* Proactive, organised, and adaptable
