Are you a confident, self-sufficient HR professional who thrives in an autonomous role? We're looking for a Human Resources Manager to take full ownership of our HR function and support a growing, dynamic team.

This is a standalone position, ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, making decisions, and building strong people practices from the ground up.

Please note this is a subcontracting position which will require an ABN

Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5pm)

About the Role
As our HR Manager, you will be the go-to person for all HR-related matters. From recruitment and onboarding to performance management and compliance, you'll play a key role in shaping our workplace culture and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
* Provide guidance on employee relations, performance, and development
* Maintain and update HR policies and procedures
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
* Support leadership with strategic HR initiatives
* Foster a positive and productive workplace culture

About You

* Proven experience in an HR generalist or HR manager role
* Comfortable working independently and managing competing priorities
* Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* High level of discretion and professionalism
* Proactive, organised, and adaptable
