Renal Care Specialist
As an experienced Renal Unit Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with chronic kidney conditions.
* Provide safe and effective dialysis treatments for patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD).
* Monitor and manage patient symptoms, medications, and laboratory results.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
The ideal candidate will have:
* At least 2 years of experience in dialysis nursing.
* Strong clinical skills and knowledge of dialysis therapies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
