Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.
Your primary focus will be on coordinating event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements. You will also be responsible for communicating with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure seamless execution of events.

Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements

* Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
* Minimum 2 years' experience in project management or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Familiarity with event planning software and tools
