North Orange Discount Drug Store is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our front-of-shop. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and work closely with our Managing Partner Pharmacist, Tim, to deliver exceptional customer service and strong commercial results.

About the Role
This full-time position (40 hours per week, 8 hours per day) is responsible for the smooth and effective running of the retail side of the pharmacy.
Key responsibilities include:
* Overseeing daily front-of-shop operations
* Staff leadership, coaching, performance management and team development
* Creating and managing weekly rosters
* Managing store budgets and achieving KPIs
* weekly and monthly reporting
* Stock management, ordering and inventory control
* Driving merchandising standards and promotional execution
* Working with brand representatives and suppliers
* Supporting an exceptional customer experience and positive team culture
* Collaborating with the Managing Partner Pharmacist to deliver business goals
Skills Needed
* Proven retail leadership or management experience
* Strong communication and people management skills
* Ability to build and maintain a positive team culture
* Experience with rostering and workforce planning
* Understanding of budgets, KPIs and commercial decision making
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage stock, inventory levels and supplier relationships
* Confident in merchandising and visual presentation standards
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
* Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering great service
* Ability to collaborate effectively with the Managing Partner Pharmacist
