This is a varied, hands-on role that suits someone who thrives on leadership, teamwork, and accountability.Key responsibilities include:Supporting day-to-day park operations, including after-hours needsAssisting with guest bookings, check-ins, and account managementLeading, mentoring and motivating team membersHelping with reporting and operational budgetsEnsuring park safety, compliance, and presentation standardsSupporting guest experience and local promotionsAbout YouYou're a proactive, adaptable leader who enjoys making a difference and bringing a guest-focused mindset to your work.You'll bring:Proven leadership experience in tourism, accommodation, or related fieldsExcellent communication and team leadership skillsStrong problem-solving and financial awarenessA genuine passion for working with people and delivering great customer experiencesAdvanced computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems – knowledge of RMS is an advantageFlexibility for after-hours and weekend workA valid manual driver's license and willingness to live onsiteReady to Apply?
