We design and build high-end golf simulators for homes, venues, and commercial projects across Australia and New Zealand. With strong growth and national expansion underway, we're looking for a Marketing & Client Relations Manager to take ownership of our brand, lead flow, and customer experience.
What you'll be doing
• Build and manage our digital presence (website, socials, Google Ads).
• Respond to enquiries, qualify leads, and coordinate with drafting for quotes.
• Manage our CRM and ensure a smooth customer journey from first enquiry to post-install follow-up.
• Create content: install highlights, customer stories, project updates.
• Develop relationships with architects, builders, and venue partners.
• Report weekly on leads, conversions, and campaign performance.
What you bring
• 3–5+ years in marketing, sales, or client management.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Confidence with digital tools (CRM, Google Ads, Meta, email platforms).
• Ability to think proactively, solve problems, and run your own workflow.
• Creative eye for content (photos, videos, simple design).
• Bonus: experience in construction, design, sports tech, or premium brands.
