- Case management (caseloads are manageable, and our consultants have the support of Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks)
- Working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs
- Working collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals
- Depending on your clinical training, duties may include performing assessments such as Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments or providing a diagnosis, treatment plans, psychosocial barriers to employment and Vocational Assessments for injured workers
**Qualifications**:
Our new team member will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology
- Registration with either AHPRA, ASORC or ESSA
- A passion for injury prevention, return to work, and the associated health benefits
- Energy and drive to grow our services
- A current driver licence and access to their own vehicle
