Overview
We're partnering with a leading banking organisation to engage an experienced Senior Change Manager to support a major Vendor Management System transformation program.
This role will drive coordinated change and delivery across technology, contingent workforce, procurement, and SOW sourcing streams, helping improve workforce visibility, governance, operational efficiency, and commercial outcomes.
12-month contract with potential extension
Responsibilities & Qualifications
* Work on a high-impact transformation program within a major banking environment
* Engage with senior stakeholders across business, technology, procurement, and vendor teams
* Play a key role in improving governance, workforce visibility, and operational efficiency
* Join a complex, regulated environment with a strong delivery focus
* Long-term 12-month contract with opportunity to make a meaningful impact
* Lead change management activities across a VMS transformation program
* Manage stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, and adoption activities
* Coordinate delivery across technology, contingent workforce, and sourcing workstreams
* Support sprint planning, project schedules, status reporting, and governance forums
* Identify risks, issues, and change impacts, and support mitigation planning
* Work closely with business, technology, procurement, sourcing, and vendor stakeholders
* Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and governance artefacts
* Support process improvement, controls alignment, and business readiness outcomes
* 7+ years' experience in change management, project delivery, or transformation programs
* Strong experience working in complex, regulated environments
* Banking or financial services experience is highly regarded
* Experience supporting large-scale business and technology change initiatives
* Strong governance, risk, issue, and dependency management capability
* Experience working across Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments
* Excellent communication, planning, documentation, and organisational skills
* Experience with Vendor Management Systems, VMS transformation, or similar platforms
* Exposure to Beeline VMS is highly regarded
* Experience in procurement, sourcing, contingent workforce, or vendor management programs
* Experience working with MSP providers, labour hire, contractor workforce, or SOW/fixed price sourcing
* Relevant qualifications in Business, Change Management, Project Management, or related disciplines
