Harvey Norman's Information Technology team plays a crucial role in achieving the strategic goals of the business. We are currently seeking an experienced, Microsoft 365/Modern Workplace Analyst to join the IT Operations team based in Homebush West.
**Your new role**
This role supports the newly formed Modern Workplace team delivering Microsoft 365 digital transformation for the business globally. A key element of the role is to gather business requirements and develop recommendations utilising the Microsoft tools and services. You will play an integral part in the assessment, planning, co-ordination and delivery of the new ways of working and business improvements across the organisation.
**You will**:
- Work closely with key stakeholders and the O365 Change Manager to support all business change, communications and education activities for the digital transformation to drive adoption and embed new ways of working
- Plan the management and development of new requirements, features, and functionality of Collaboration services to meet business requirements.
- Contribute to the configuration of Microsoft 365 environments using Microsoft and other third-party tools to create customisations, forms, and workflows in accordance with requirements.
- Support the Early Adopters Program and Pilot Groups by providing Product briefings and addressing user queries
- Evaluate new service offerings and/or enhancements to improve / support existing processes utilising Microsoft Office 365
- Participate and contribute to the day-to-day governance, administration, and support activities within a Microsoft Office 365 environment
- Support business process change (new ways of working) through promoting Office 365 technology and services
- Identify education requirements for user groups to support the deployment of Microsoft O365 tools and services.
- Work closely with the O365 Change Manager to scope, prepare and verify communications and learning materials to support the deployment of Microsoft O365 tools and features.
**About you**
You will have an understanding Microsoft 365 technologies including MS Teams, SharePoint Online/OneDrive and other related Microsoft 365 services. An ability to understand business context quickly to provide relevant advice to business users when assessing the delivering of outcomes for the business. **You will also have**:
- Proven experience in Microsoft 365 implementations, including user and data migrations
- At least 1 year experience with 2nd/3rd level technical support for Microsoft 365
- Experience designing solutions for Microsoft 365
- Experience providing detailed, high-quality documentation i.e.: operational procedures and guides
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills, including active listening, negotiation and influencing, leading & facilitation of meetings and workshops, and stakeholder relationship management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability with preparing user appropriate O365 learning resources i.e.: How to instructions for Office 365 services and features.
