The Role: Provide strategic leadership, high level advice and direction on a state-wide basis in the development and management of PSCP. Develop, implement and evaluate a strategic and business framework and policies, systems and processes to support the delivery of quality services. Advise on current and emerging trends in cancer prevention and control, in particular population screening, at an organisational, state and national level Oversee operational activities and ensure financial health by effectively managing resources, budgets, and compliance to maintain efficiency and maximise impact. Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture by supporting and inspiring staff, promoting professional growth, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams to enhance performance and job satisfaction. Details of appointment: Permanent, full time, day worker position, working 76hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible. *notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
