Your new role


Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support/Customer Service Coordinator for their team. This role is essential in delivering outstanding customer experiences and providing critical support to our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service through phone and counter interactions.
* Assist in identifying new business opportunities and following up on existing leads to drive conversions.
* Support the sales team by managing customer enquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues promptly.
* Accurately enter and manage orders within the internal system.
* Prepare customer quotes and collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up.
* Communicate with customers to confirm orders, provide updates, and address any concerns.
* Actively follow up on quotations and marketing-generated leads.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, offering tailored support and value-added services.


What you'll need to succeed

* Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles-ideally within the building products or construction industry.
* A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
* Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Clear, confident, and professional communication skills-both written and verbal.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales support tools.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
