SUMMARY: Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of beverage stations and equipment according to company standards. Provide efficient, courteous, and professional beverage service to all casino guests, ensuring high guest service standards.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
* Take guest orders, deliver orders, and ensure guest satisfaction.
* Handle currency transactions, receive money, give change, and process credit card transactions per company policy.
* Manage all funds in the cash bank accurately.
* Provide courteous guest service adhering to guest service standards.
* Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment performing multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Comply with all state, federal, and local liquor regulations regarding alcohol service.
* Collaborate with departments to monitor and control alcohol sales and service.
* Stock and clean work areas maintaining sanitation standards.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Mandatory Requirements:
* High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
* At least 21 years old.
* Cooperative and friendly demeanor.
* Experience in money handling preferred.
* Effective communication and ability to follow directions.
* Complete California Serve Safe and A.R.E. certification within introductory period or provide proof of current certification. Must pass a drug test.
* Obtain a valid gaming license.
* Provide proof of employment eligibility in the U.S.
* Proficient in English communication.
Physical Demands:
* Able to perform all job requirements physically.
* Lift at least 50 pounds, occasionally more with assistance.
Work Environment:

* Available to work all shifts, including weekends, holidays, and special events.
