We are currently seeking experienced Care Workers to providedaily support to our residents at Bethanie Geneff Aged Care Homelocated in Innaloo. Co-located with a retirement village, BethanieGeneff is one of our smaller sites, with 38 beds across four houseslocated a short walk away from Stirling Station. 
You will support our residents to improve their quality of lifeby assisting with day to day activities, ensuring their safety andwellbeing is maintained while building positive and professionalrelationships with residents and team members. 
These roles are offered on a casual basis, with the potentialfor permanency in the future. Shifts are as follows: 
- Mornings: 7am - 11am, 1pm or 3pm 
- Afternoons: 3pm - 9pm, 4pm - 11pm or 4.30pm - 8.30pm 
- Nights: 11pm - 7.15am 
Our Care Workers are an integralpart of the care and support we provide to our residents.Applicants with at least twelve months experience in a similar rolewill be highly regarded. 
About You 
- Previous experience working in an aged care or hospitalenvironment 
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
- Ability to work well as a team and also independently 
- Willingness to uphold the Mission, Vision and Values of TheBethanie Group 
- Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations 
- Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to applyfor one) 
The Role 
- Assess care plans and ensure residents’ needs aremet 
- Ensure services (including food, laundry, personal care,domestic and interest) are delivered in a timely and safemanner 
- Deliver personal care tasks (including toileting andshowering) with dignity and respect 
- Ensure residents’ rooms and the facility environmentis maintained to an appropriate standard
