* Lead the delivery of residential townhouse projects from start to finish
* Participate in the ECI phase, contributing to buildability reviews and methodology
* Develop the master construction schedule and sequencing for your projects
* Manage subcontractors, site operations, and day‑to‑day construction activities
* Ensure WHS compliance, quality control, and program performance
* Work closely with internal development, design, and construction teams
* Represent the business professionally with consultants, suppliers, and stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering residential townhouse or medium‑density projects
* Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and methodology
* Experience contributing to early‑stage planning, ECI, or pre‑construction processes
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of project outcomes
* A collaborative mindset and the confidence to influence design and delivery decisions
What you'll get in return
* Work directly for a developer‑builder delivering their own projects
* Unique hybrid role with exposure to both pre‑construction and delivery
* Strong pipeline of townhouse developments across Canberra
* Direct reporting line to the Construction Manager
* Stable, long‑term opportunity with a respected local organisation
