Seeking an experienced Project Engineer or Project Manager to oversee a water infrastructure relocation on an Energy project at a mine site in La Trobe Valley, at a Melbourne-based consultancy.
This role presents a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on our operations, as you'll be responsible for the disassembly, relocation, and installation of a wastewater pump station, platform, and walkway.
Hands-on project management experience in the civil engineering sector Collaborative problem-solver with a keen eye for detail Preferred Requirements: Manage the overall project program, including scheduling, design coordination, and stakeholder interface Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment Coordinate and oversee the site works for the disassembly, relocation, and installation of the wastewater infrastructure Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Project to effectively plan and track project progress Possess a strong understanding of engineering principles and construction best practices Preferred Qualifications: Proven track record as a Project Engineer or Project Manager in the Civil engineering sector Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to navigate complex stakeholder relationships Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Ideally, this will be a three-day-per-week role for a period of approximately 6 weeks.
