Your Team
The team is responsible for the origination and retention of new and existing clients sourced from accredited intermediaries.
Your Responsibilities
* Position the bank to win new business and support client relationships, delivering on our purpose.
* Proactively identify opportunities to assist clients with their financial needs and goals by gaining an in-depth understanding of the client's business/financial position.
* Engage specialists to deliver tailored financial solutions.
* Negotiate commercial terms with clients via intermediaries and oversee deal execution.
* Maintain liaison with Risk Management to promote an in-depth understanding of the client and transaction specifics.
* Build a network of stakeholders to assist in the origination of new business and competitive intelligence.
Your Skills and Experience
* Client analysis and credit origination experience.
* Effective communication and people skills.
* Ability to collaborate within a high-performing team environment.
* Sound time management skills and prioritization.
* Extensive knowledge of banking products and financial services.
* Tertiary qualifications in commerce or a related field are desirable.
