* Upsell suitable products while following reservation policies and capturing guest details.
* Deliver engaging holiday activities within allocated resources, maintaining a safe environment, and encouraging guest participation.
* Maintain high standards of presentation, follow sales procedures, and work towards achieving customer satisfaction goals like Net Promoter Score (NPS).
* Support site duties as needed, including cleanliness and after-hours assistance.
