Base + Exceptional Commission Structure (30% to 50% commission) Base Criteria
* 2-5+ years experience in Mining recruitment - Trades and/or white collar
* Australian-based 360 recruitment experience
* Driven, eager team-player who wants to generate a good income through high comm's (30% to 50%)
* Ability to be agile and adapt to changing markets
* Happy to consider someone relocating interstate to Perth
Outline Duties
* The key duty is business generation, delivery and stakeholder engagement: - Clients, Candidates and Internal Staff.
* Supporting mining operators, consultancies, contractors and OEM's for all mining requirements.
* Working across a mix of Master Vendor, Preferred Supplier, Existing, Developing and New Clients.
