**Your opportunity**:
**You'll make impact by**:
- Evaluating procurement data and workflows to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports that offer visibility into procurement performance and trends.
- Assisting with vendor onboarding/offboarding, maintain vendor master data, and support contract creation and maintenance.
- Contributing to the development and refinement of procurement policies, procedures, and operational frameworks.
- Working with internal and external auditors to address procurement-related audit issues and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
- Monitoring vendor compliance and support activities that mitigate risk and uphold quality standards.
- Identifying and implementing enhancements to streamline procurement processes and improve overall efficiency.
**What you’ll bring**:
- Commercial Degree qualified or equivalent, and Telecommunications experience.
- Demonstrated experience in process analysis or procurement operations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Working knowledge of procurement processes, policies and procedures is desirable.
- Basic understanding of commercial contract terms and structures will be well regarded.
