About The Role
As the Change Manager on an initial six month contract, you will be instrumental in ensuring seamless transitions as the business scales its platform. Your primary objective is to align people, processes, and messaging to support effective change adoption. You will partner directly with technical teams, delivery leads, and various stakeholders to thoroughly comprehend how transformations impact different areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform comprehensive gap analyses to evaluate differences between current and future states while formulating readiness strategies.
* Establish and maintain robust relationships with both internal departments and external partners to ensure all perspectives are considered.
* Design and execute targeted communication plans tailored for diverse audiences including external corporate partners.
* Map out altered processes resulting from new platform initiatives and guide business owners through these adjustments.
* Contribute to the overarching change strategy to guarantee fluid transitions across the entire organisation.
* Maintain precise documentation, compile regular updates for stakeholders, and assist with programme reporting duties.
* Spot potential risks early in the project lifecycle and collaborate with delivery teams to create mitigation plans.
* Serve as the primary contact for transformation queries and elevate critical issues to ensure seamless project execution.
About You
* Three to four years of experience driving change programmes, ideally within a software delivery or technology setting.
* Proven capability to conduct structured gap analyses and convert those insights into actionable plans.
* Exceptional interpersonal abilities to engage confidently with frontline staff, senior executives, and external stakeholders.
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to deliver effective messaging across varied groups.
* Strong process mapping capability coupled with a highly adaptable approach to shifting priorities in a fast paced environment.
* Working knowledge of Agile delivery methods along with Jira and Confluence platforms.
* Possessing a relevant certification such as Prosci or ADKAR is considered highly advantageous.
* Previous background in compliance or related financial technology sectors will be highly regarded.
