THE ROLE
This is a crucial role in the business for ensuring stakeholders receive a warm welcome and a great first impression. Your administration skills will be vital as this is a dynamic business; you will support the team with printing documents, data entry, organising meetings, ordering office supplies, ensuring the boardroom and kitchen are clean/tidy at all times, and other ad hoc tasks.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
o Minimum of 2 years experience as a Receptionist/Administrator.
o Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, etc.).
o Fluent English speaker with great customer service skills.
o A bubbly and cheerful personality - bring your energy!
o Strong time management and high attention to detail.
