City Venue Management is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic all-rounder to join the team at Miami Aquatic Centre. This casual role offers variety, with hours available across seven days including early mornings and afternoons.

You will work across both café operations and customer service, supporting day-to-day food preparation, barista work and customer engagement. There is also potential for team leader responsibilities for the right person who shows initiative, reliability and leadership qualities.

What you'll need

* Experience in a café or commercial kitchen setting

* Current Food Safety Certification

* Sound knowledge of commercial kitchen operations

* Competent in all areas of food and beverage service

* Excellent customer service skills

* Barista experience preferred

* Bluecard, CPR, and First Aid (or willingness to obtain)

* Availability across mornings, afternoons and weekends (Wednesdays and Thursdays essential)

City Venue Management is a facility management company operating aquatic centres and health clubs from the Gold Coast through to the Sunshine Coast, as far west as Toowoomba and also in New South Wales. We currently operate 41 sites across Queensland and New South Wales and continue to grow and develop with each passing day.
